CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: NADH + 2 ferricytochrome b5 = NAD(+) + H(+) + 2 ferrocytochrome b5.

TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in roots, stems, flowers and siliques. Detected in leaves.
