CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: GTP = 3",5"-cyclic GMP + diphosphate.

SUBUNIT: Homotrimer. Interacts via its C-terminal region with PDZK2. Interacts with the lectin chaperone VIP36.

DOMAIN: The protein kinase domain is predicted to be catalytically inactive.
